Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our fulfillment centre in Chicago, IL, USA. 

Shipping options available:

• Standard Tracked (2 to 6 business days) – $9.99
• 2 Day Express (2-3 business days) – $19.99

Right now, international orders are not possible.

 

Shipping Errors & Lost Packages 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend it.

We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package goes missing in transit, we’ll do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

Any order that includes our Checkout+ option will be fully covered for any issue until the product is successfully delivered to you.
